      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain deep relationships with customers to ensure positive sentiment
      - Develop and execute success plans that align with customer goals and desired outcomes
      - Measure and report on client results, using key metrics important to the customer
      - Proactively recommend solutions and provide training to address client needs
      - Identify at-risk customers and lead recovery plans to enhance their experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Service
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving tech environment and manage competing priorities
      - Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and identify trends
      - Excellent communication skills for presentations and various forms of correspondence
      - Proven ability to build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with email or landing page creation tools (e.g., WYSIWYG editors, HTML/CSS)
      - Familiarity with platforms such as SFDC, Gainsight, Intercom, Tableau, Sequel DB, or Marketo
      - Background in a start-up SaaS or tech environment
