What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Account Managers in addressing specific client needs and managing accounts
- Serve as the liaison among Account Managers, Field Consultants, and service organizations to resolve client issues
- Develop and maintain operational scorecards for designated accounts
- Provide management reporting to users and their management, offering insights into account performance
- Monitor account service plans to minimize issues and identify competitive threats
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-year degree or equivalent work experience required
- 2-3 years of service experience preferred
- Casualty experience is a must, with knowledge of both 3P and 1P (PIP and MedPay)
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry required
- Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
