      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development of mutual success plans and engagement strategies to ensure customer success
      - Serve as the central point of contact throughout the customer's lifecycle, ensuring cohesive communication
      - Utilize data to drive product adoption and track progress toward transformation
      - Identify customer risks and collaborate on strategies to address them
      - Deliver exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication and resource coordination

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of Customer Success experience in Software as a Service and Digital Marketing, particularly with B2B customers
      - Proven track record of guiding customers to achieve success outcomes
      - Strong communication and conflict mediation skills
      - Exceptional organizational and presentation abilities
      - Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in program management within large organizations
      - Existing knowledge of software in the digital marketing and media space, including data platforms and content management
      - Proven ability to lead executive-level discussions and presentations
      - Flexibility to travel approximately 30%
