      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own overall relationships with assigned customers, focusing on increasing adoption, driving usage, and ensuring retention and satisfaction
      - Establish a trusted advisor relationship with each assigned customer to drive continued value from products and services
      - Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy and success
      - Work collaboratively with customers to set critical goals and key performance indicators
      - Advocate for customer needs and manage account escalations while connecting with internal priorities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least 5 years of experience working with enterprise customers in a Customer Success or Account Management role at a SaaS company
      - Experience in the supply chain industry preferred
      - Excellent multitasking and workload prioritization skills
      - Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
      - Strong drive for efficiency, problem-solving, and timely, quality-focused work

      - Multilingual proficiency is a plus
