What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage key customer outcomes including product adoption, net dollar retention, and account growth for mid-market clients
- Build and maintain strong consultative relationships with customers and partners
- Advise clients on strategies for optimizing product adoption and utilization
- Conduct ongoing discovery to identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with internal teams for account expansion
- Provide ongoing product education and ensure customer awareness of new features and functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-7 years of customer-facing account leadership or related experience
- Strong benefits industry knowledge or experience as a benefit consultant
- Proven ability to manage customer retention and account growth
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 10-15% for client visits and team meetings
