What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop a deep understanding of key account needs and serve as a trusted advisor
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to demonstrate ROI and product value
- Identify upsell opportunities and drive feature adoption for over 200 accounts
- Collaborate with sales teams to uncover and grow opportunities within the territory
- Address challenging customer requests and manage issue escalations as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer success or account management within SaaS
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or MS Dynamics
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with a proven track record of account growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to organize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in conducting business reviews and analyzing customer metrics
- Familiarity with product management processes and collaborating with engineering teams
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time if necessary
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
