      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage post-sales relationships with leading financial institutions, acting as the primary point of contact
      - Facilitate onboarding, training, and ongoing product adoption for clients using the Spectra platform
      - Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Science, Sales, and Support) to advocate for customer needs
      - Identify growth opportunities and help clients leverage climate risk as a strategic advantage
      - Communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in a client-facing role such as Customer Success, with strong stakeholder management skills
      - Strong understanding of banking organizations and asset managers, particularly in climate physical risk and risk management
      - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences
      - Strong understanding of risk in financial services and relevant terminology
      - Experience working in enterprise or regulated environments

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with risk modeling techniques and climate stress testing methodologies
      - Experience with climate-related regulatory frameworks (e.g., TCFD, PRA/ECB climate stress tests)
      - Previous experience in a scale-up or fast-growing environment
