What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and execute a comprehensive customer success plan for approximately 12-15 Enterprise customers
- Build relationships with key leadership contacts and understand the customer's technical challenges
- Identify, define, track, measure, and communicate the overall impact and value of Nexthink
- Align with account teams to deliver on-time renewals and achieve expansion targets
- Host workshops to educate customers on product use and quantifying outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in the Software Industry with Large Enterprise Accounts
- Strong business acumen with the ability to generate creative solutions to achieve business objectives
- Technical background or technological savvy with an understanding of IT project delivery and digital transformation
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong customer-facing and presentation skills, fluent in English

- Strong understanding of IT Operations, ITSM processes (ITIL), or End User Compute/Client Management practices
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and escalate issues when needed
