What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, guiding them on maximizing the value of the platform
- Translate platform capabilities into improvements for customer experience and operations
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders across various departments within client organizations
- Oversee adoption, governance, and ongoing optimization of the platform for clients
- Develop and lead Executive Business Reviews to demonstrate ROI and improvements in banking KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of professional experience in a Bank or Credit Union, with a focus on Operations, Digital Channels, Member Experience, or Product/Project Management
- Deep knowledge of financial institution operational and regulatory challenges
- Experience in project management and technology solution implementation within a financial institution
- Proven ability to collaborate across various internal business units to drive large-scale projects
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
