What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support educators, schools, and districts to deliver engaging computer science lessons through Experience CS
- Design and facilitate impactful webinars and workshops for educators
- Organize and deliver training and professional development sessions to enhance educator capacity in teaching computer science
- Manage relationships with local delivery partners to ensure high-quality training and outreach
- Track engagement and usage data, generating insights and reports to inform internal strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, education partnerships, or edtech implementation, preferably in K-8 schools
- Strong understanding of classroom teaching realities and empathy for educators
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with various stakeholders
- Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple initiatives
- Experience in analyzing data and feedback to improve implementation and educator experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in teaching or direct engagement with K-8 education
- Familiarity with budget management and project timelines within an educational context
- Alignment with the Foundation's mission and values, particularly regarding educational equity
