      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, execute, and support the delivery of IoMT cyber defense products to customers
      - Serve as the primary technical contact for existing customers, ensuring their technical health
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with top customers, enhancing their loyalty
      - Gather customer feedback to represent their voice within the organization for product improvement
      - Collaborate effectively with the Customer Success team and other departments to meet customer needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in the cybersecurity industry, specifically in medical device security
      - Strong networking knowledge and ability to analyze network traffic
      - Familiarity with database maintenance (MySQL and Postgres) is an advantage
      - Project management experience and skills
      - Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to learn quickly
      - Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer engagements
