      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide professional demonstrations and functional support in line with the Account Business Plan
      - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key users and influencers within agency locations
      - Ensure long-term customer commitment by focusing on product usage benefits
      - Attend Travelport Trade Shows and customer events as necessary
      - Provide technical and functional consultancy to maximize revenues and optimize product use

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Technical understanding of GDS functionality and industry-related work experience
      - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to engage an audience effectively
      - Strong problem-solving capability to assess and analyze situations accurately
      - Ability to develop strong customer relationships through a collaborative approach
      - Understanding of customer requirements with the ability to map to Travelport products and solutions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer success or account management role within the travel industry
      - Familiarity with Travelport technology and products
      - Proven track record of building successful customer relationships
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify key issues
      - Experience in delivering presentations at trade shows or similar events
