What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain deep relationships with top customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
- Gather customer feedback to advocate for their needs and improve products
- Take responsibility for customer success and ensure they derive value from products
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Support, Marketing, and Product Management
- Identify and support expansion opportunities alongside the sales team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or Technical Account Manager in a B2B organization
- Experience in the cybersecurity domain
- Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify champions and expansion areas
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both online and in-person
- Relevant Bachelor's degree, preferably in computer science or a related engineering field
