      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead post-sales activities for upmarket customers, including onboarding, implementation, and product expertise
      - Manage a book of business of approximately 50 customers, ranging from 401 to 2000 employees
      - Collaborate with Account Managers to drive renewals and expansion opportunities
      - Act as the customer advocate within the organization and influence product strategy
      - Provide technical guidance to customers on achieving compliance using Vanta’s platform

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
      - Proven ability to build strong relationships with C-level executives
      - Experience in account management and relationship building through various means, including business reviews and health checks
      - Strong communication skills and critical thinking ability
      - Track record of customer retention and the ability to understand technical software

      - Experience in the security or compliance industry
      - Proven problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for startup environments
      - Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and maintain a customer-centric approach
