What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead all post-sales activities for Vanta’s upmarket customers through onboarding, implementation, and product expertise
- Manage a book of business consisting of approximately 50 customers with employee counts ranging from 401 to 2000
- Partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion opportunities within your book of business
- Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and business outcomes are met
- Provide technical insights and recommendations to help customers achieve compliance using Vanta's platform
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success at a SaaS company
- Extensive experience with high-level exposure to C-level executives
- Proven ability to build strong trusted relationships with customers
- Strong communication skills and critical thinking ability
- Demonstrated track record of long-term customer retention and satisfaction

- Experience working in the security or compliance industry
- Ability to adapt in an environment with shifting priorities
- Experience with hitting retention targets and creating happy, healthy customers
- Technical competency to understand Vanta’s software and engage with technical customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for contributing to a startup's success
