What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct financial analyses comparing quoted prices with actual costs to identify discrepancies and optimize costs
- Provide data-driven insights to support project team success and identify product opportunities for customers
- Achieve customer service objectives through action plans and strategic recommendations
- Maintain contact with customers to determine success requirements and benchmark best practices
- Complete related results to accomplish information systems and organizational missions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience
- Strong communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer success management or similar roles
- Proven track record of managing strategic accounts effectively
- Familiarity with business intelligence reporting and data analysis
