      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage customer onboarding, drive adoption, support retention efforts, and assist with renewals and account growth opportunities
      - Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction
      - Support account plans by identifying opportunities, addressing risks, and ensuring alignment with customer goals
      - Monitor customer health metrics and use CRM tools to inform decisions and track progress toward success goals
      - Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to address customer needs and improve the overall experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
      - Proven problem-solving abilities and customer empathy
      - Experience managing a dedicated book of business or similar customer-facing roles
      - Proficiency in using CRM tools to track customer interactions and progress
      - Ability to work full-time from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm CST

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer success or account management
      - Familiarity with the automotive technology industry
      - Strong analytical skills to monitor customer health metrics
      - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing
      - A track record of driving customer renewals and expansions
