What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop deep product knowledge to align features with business outcomes and communicate insights
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities, creating tailored commercial solutions for customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or related roles with mid-market or enterprise customers
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts using customer success tools and methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills to optimize account performance and drive retention
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and conflict resolution abilities
- Exceptional presentation skills and capacity for data storytelling
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in developing custom training programs and measuring their effectiveness
- Proven track record of driving upsells and renewals within a scalable model
