      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute comprehensive customer health plans that align with strategic goals
      - Conduct regular assessments of customer health and proactively address potential issues
      - Lead business reviews with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
      - Collaborate closely with sales, services, and product teams to optimize customer experience
      - Advocate for customer needs within the organization and drive product adoption

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
      - 3+ years of experience in SaaS customer success, account management, or a related field
      - Expertise in data analytics with strong Excel skills and a data analysis mindset
      - 2+ years of experience utilizing Gainsight for account health and planning
      - Proven ability to develop and execute customer success strategies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Gov Tech Customer Success
      - Presentation Advantage Certification
      - Knowledge of the employer's Civic Platform and its applications
      - Familiarity with customer results and success strategies
      - Gainsight CSM Certification
