What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and achievement of business goals
- Implement account engagement and execution plans to meet business objectives and maintain positive customer sentiment
- Address customer inquiries regarding the full range of products and services offered by the employer
- Proactively manage customer partnerships, monitoring health, identifying risks, and escalating issues as necessary
- Facilitate customer engagement in online communities and events to enhance networking and learning opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in Customer Service, Customer Success, and/or Education Technology within the higher education sector
- Strong customer-service orientation with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage large/high-value accounts and develop relationships across all organizational levels
- Fluency in written and spoken English, French, and Italian
