      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the full lifecycle for existing customers within the employer’s Mid Market customer base, ensuring proper onboarding and support
      - Analyze customer data to identify trends and develop actionable strategies for improving customer satisfaction and engagement
      - Build and maintain strong relationships within each account to mitigate risks of downsizing and churn
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop Go To Market (GTM) strategies and outbound campaigns
      - Advocate for customer needs within the organization to ensure exceptional customer experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3 to 5+ years of full lifecycle customer success management experience in a SaaS business
      - Proven ability to build retention and expansion strategies for customer accounts
      - Strong communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written
      - Excellent organizational skills and ability to leverage various tools for driving growth
      - Solid understanding of organizational adoption and purchasing practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in eLearning or HR Tech is a bonus
      - Proven track record of exceeding retention and bookings targets
