      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations using the IoT platform
      - Compose joint success plans with customers, outlining their objectives, metrics, and timelines
      - Conduct executive business reviews with customers and internal leadership to align on goals
      - Understand customer operations and recommend workflow changes to optimize product usage
      - Mentor and support the broader Customer Success team while embodying the company's cultural principles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience in a senior Customer Success, account management, or strategic consulting role
      - Experience supporting Enterprise SaaS and/or Fortune 500 companies
      - Strong priority management and high emotional intelligence
      - Proven track record of building trust and driving change with diverse stakeholders
      - Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution
