      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead onboarding for new customers, providing guidance and training for successful platform and service utilization
      - Drive retention and growth by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities aligned with customer goals
      - Monitor customer health through usage data and feedback, taking action to ensure measurable outcomes
      - Champion the customer voice by gathering insights to inform product improvements and enhance the customer journey
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to address customer challenges

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of experience in customer success or full lifecycle account management within the media & entertainment industry or a technical environment
      - Proven ability to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
      - Experience in creating and executing customized success plans for enterprise customers
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
      - Critical thinking skills to solve complex issues and identify root causes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in post-production
      - Interaction and interfacing with channel partners and customers of channel partners
