      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile enterprise clients, guiding them towards achieving workplace equity objectives
      - Provide expert guidance and mentorship to clients on workplace equity strategies and compliance needs
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction throughout the customer journey
      - Analyze evolving client needs and contribute to product development to deliver innovative solutions
      - Shape the overall customer service strategy, optimizing onboarding and ongoing client engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, specifically with large enterprise Fortune 100 companies
      - Proven ability to engage with C-Suite executives and SVP level stakeholders
      - Strong communication skills to connect with diverse audiences, including HR/Comp analysts and executives
      - Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a collaborative environment
      - Located in the NY Metro Area, authorized to work in the United States

      - Experience in workplace equity or compensation analysis
      - Familiarity with advanced statistical techniques and analytics methodologies
      - Demonstrated ability to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities
