What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the end-to-end client onboarding process for a portfolio of customers, ensuring timely and seamless transitions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with various client stakeholders, acting as their trusted advisor
- Collaborate with the Support team to provide high-quality assistance to top-tier clients
- Gather insights and feedback from clients to inform product enhancements
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver an exceptional client experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, Implementation, or a similar client-facing role, ideally in SaaS or healthcare technology
- Strong customer-centric mindset with a history of fostering long-term client relationships
- Ability to take ownership and initiative in a fast-paced start-up setting
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
