What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the trusted adviser for a portfolio of publisher customers, guiding them through their customer journey
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new customers and drive growth for existing accounts
- Advise publishers on their video strategy, including site layout and best practices
- Identify growth and upsell opportunities based on data and market trends
- Provide regular updates to internal teams and executive leadership regarding publisher goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of customer-facing experience in roles such as Customer Success, Client Services, or Account Management
- 2+ years of experience at an Ad-Tech company, publisher, or agency
- Strong customer-centric approach to managing publisher relationships
- Excellent organizational, writing, listening, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage time, projects, and prioritize effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with tools such as Tableau and CRM systems like Salesforce or Freshdesk
- Familiarity with supply-side platforms (SSPs), video platforms, and demand-side platforms (DSPs)
- Previous consulting experience with media or video companies
- Sales experience with a focus on upsell opportunities
- Background as a Program or Project Manager working directly with customers
