What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide faculty with onboarding, in-depth training, and consultation on best practices for product optimization
- Guide faculty through varying customer journeys and ensure satisfaction
- Deliver proactive outreach and support for customer inquiries and concerns
- Monitor product usage to identify intervention opportunities and potential churn risks
- Document faculty interactions and market feedback to inform product development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior experience in education, training, sales, support, communications, or digital media/communications
- Proven ability to solve complex problems with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer success or account management role within the education sector
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and technologies
- Background in nursing or allied health education
- Ability to analyze data to drive product improvements
- Experience in conducting training sessions for diverse audiences
