What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for operational issues
- Ensure client retention through exceptional service and support
- Uncover clients' business needs and challenges, providing tailored solutions
- Partner cross-functionally with product teams to ensure client success and gather feedback
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive increased customer satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of client service experience
- Strong client relationship management skills with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office Suite
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare/homecare industry and with SaaS platforms
- Experience working with a partner ecosystem
- Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills
- Negotiation skills at all management levels
- Demonstrated understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly home-based care
