What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage relationships with designated customers to understand their unique goals and challenges
- Identify improvement opportunities and recommend effective solutions
- Track customer usage and engagement, providing regular reports on health and progress
- Provide guidance on maximizing the value of investments in the employer's solutions
- Monitor contract renewals and identify upselling opportunities to ensure high renewal rates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present concepts and articulate business value
- Technical expertise with databases, wireless networking, and system administration
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and propose solutions to challenges
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building and maintaining customer relationships throughout the system implementation lifecycle
- Proven ability to demonstrate the return on investment for solutions provided
