What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a strategic point of contact for a portfolio of customers, cultivating long-term partnerships
- Drive time-to-value through effective onboarding, implementation, and platform engagement
- Develop and maintain Success Plans to ensure consistent value delivery across customers
- Advocate for customer needs and orchestrate collaboration to deliver a seamless customer experience
- Monitor customer usage and health using Gainsight to identify opportunities and drive satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in a market research environment
- Demonstrated track record of developing client relationships
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data to guide insights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Gong
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with customer success platforms like Gainsight, Totango, or ChurnZero
- Strong understanding of market research methodologies and technologies
- Advanced survey creation skills with prior experience in DIY survey technology (e.g., Qualtrics, Alchemer)
