      Position Summary

      We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Success manager to join our growing Sales team. Your daily workload will include Implementation, project management and training of new customers, while also expanding the footprint and usage within our current customer base. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Solution Selling, MEDPICC, Executive Relationship Management, Presentation skills, with a solid background in Football and or professional sports and management. You will play a critical role in growing relationships and revenue with the NFL and NCAA sports team and strategic initiatives with executives throughout professional and collegiate sports and communities. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently and with a team, own projects, and drive them across the finish line, with a keen interest in football, and other sports. The candidate must be located in the US and have existing relationships with NFL and College sports team leadership.

      Responsibilities

      • Drive Adoption: Lead the implementation of SumerSports SaaS software and onboard executives, data and analytics teams, coaches, and front office management of NFL and NCAA teams.
      • Revenue Growth: Responsible ensuring customers are aware of and utilize SumerSports platform elements, provide white glove support of key stake holders during rollouts of new features, and ensure tight alignment with sales to ensure renewals.
      • Collaboration: Work closely with other Sales team members, Data Science teams, Marketing and other cross functional teams through out the organization.
      • Innovation: Identify new opportunities for growth and adapt well to rapid change in product platforms, methodologies, and ever expanding customer markets.

      Qualifications

      • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business ,Marketing, Communications, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
      • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Athlete management, preferably in a SaaS, or Sports environment.
      • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
