What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers from onboarding through their lifecycle
- Conduct milestone meetings, including weekly check-ins and quarterly business reviews

- Provide first-line support to customers, addressing their questions and offering tutorials

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5-7 years of experience in property management

- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within a team

- Experience in affordable housing (Tax Credit, RD, and HUD)
- Familiarity with WalkMe, Hubspot, and ClickUp software
- Previous experience in customer success or customer relationship management roles
