      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively manage and facilitate all client communications, ensuring a seamless experience for client inquiries and deliverables
      - Successfully renew and retain clients, demonstrating the value of services
      - Lead client engagement activities and establish trusted advisor relationships to enhance client retention and growth
      - Utilize data analysis to provide insights that help clients make informed decisions about pharmacy benefits
      - Collaborate on product development and process improvements in response to client needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree
      - 4-5 years of experience in Customer Success Management or equivalent client-facing roles, preferably in Healthcare Consulting
      - Demonstrated knowledge of the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) industry is a plus
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM software
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      - Proven ability to confidently present to large groups, including C-suite audiences
      - Strong client management skills with a focus on relationship building
      - Basic project management skills, including developing project plans or action logs
      - Ability to strategize and prepare client meeting agendas effectively
      - Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
