      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted guide and collaborator
      - Identify opportunities for customers to improve their business using enterprise software
      - Ensure successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs
      - Track and report on account metrics such as customer satisfaction and revenue
      - Assist in negotiating contracts and service agreements to achieve profitability targets

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience as a CSM, Account Director, or Key Account Manager
      - Ability to drive revenue through a relationship-driven sales approach
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Experience working with complex Enterprise software
      - Knowledge in the Real Estate Title Insurance industry and with CRM software

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience and knowledge of the Resware product
      - Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or Zoho
      - Previous work with key stakeholders at all levels of an organization
