What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for customers throughout their lifecycle
- Lead onboarding and enablement efforts to ensure customers achieve timely value from solutions
- Drive solution adoption by understanding customer goals and success metrics
- Manage renewals, expansion, and upsell opportunities to achieve revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and advocate for product enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of accounts while driving revenue growth and retention
- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills with a history of meeting performance targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency with CRM and support tools such as Salesforce and Zendesk
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with customer success platforms like Gainsight or Totango
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage time effectively across a diverse customer base
- Self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset focused on improving customer outcomes
