      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Act as the primary point of contact for customers and their agencies, driving true value
      - Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and understand their strategic goals
      - Gather customer feedback for continuous product improvement and communicate insights effectively
      - Oversee customer onboarding and campaign management processes to ensure satisfaction
      - Monitor customer usage and provide recommendations for optimizing their experience

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of client services/account management experience in a SaaS company or agency setting
      - Strong understanding of the media and measurement landscape in advertising
      - Experience overseeing digital advertising campaigns and media operations
      - Excellent communication skills, both in-person and virtually, with strong presentation abilities
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in digital media buying/planning and cross-media planning
      - Knowledge of ad-serving technologies and their operations
      - Strategic thinker with the ability to respond quickly to customer needs
