What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage existing customer relationships to drive execution of projects related to data services and advertising campaigns
- Support client projects/campaigns, acting as a liaison between the client and internal departments
- Educate clients on data assets and provide ongoing consultation to uncover challenges and offer recommendations
- Develop solutions that align with clients' advertising goals and advise on data best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams on account planning and project scoping
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BS/BA or equivalent experience is necessary
- 3+ years of experience managing a large project portfolio with varying levels of details
- Sell-side industry experience is valued, with agency or digital marketing experience being helpful
- Strong customer service skills to grow and cultivate client relationships
- Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time (if not located in NYC)

- Experience in the data services or advertising industry
- Familiarity with industry newsletters and trade magazines
- Previous experience in a remote work environment
- Knowledge of data sales opportunities and best practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
