What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Onboard new edX For Business customers and assist in identifying transformation goals
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients to guide them through achieving their goals
- Analyze customer and learner data to establish progress against internal and customer KPIs
- Collaborate to design creative solutions for customers' unique challenges
- Communicate customer needs and opportunities to Product for improved experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management
- Fluent in Spanish
- Analytical mind with a passion for problem-solving
- Collaborative spirit for cross-functional projects
- Ability to stay organized and prioritize effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience within a Software as a Service (SaaS) environment
- Knowledge or experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Excel
- Bonus if experienced with SSO or API configuration
