      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage relationships with assigned clients, driving adoption of the HealthCast™ Services portfolio and ensuring customer satisfaction
      - Define success criteria for deployment and facilitate smooth implementations while engaging with clinicians post-deployment
      - Develop customer success plans and conduct regular check-ins to assess client needs and performance metrics
      - Act as a strategic advisor to customers, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the product offerings
      - Serve as the primary liaison for technical inquiries and issue resolution between customers and internal teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - RN or RT in a hospital setting with 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy and engagement within healthcare
      - Proven ability to enhance customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
      - Strong public speaking and presentation skills
      - High proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to quickly learn new technology platforms
      - Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in a relevant field preferred
      - Experience in the enterprise software space
      - Previous experience conducting training or workshops for customers
      - Familiarity with developing product use-cases and workflows with clients
      - Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude
