What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with key customer contacts to ensure overall satisfaction with pay services
- Define adoption goals with customers based on business norms and industry standards
- Drive adoption and revenue generation from various payroll features in assigned accounts
- Serve as a subject matter expert to support revenue generation and customer success initiatives
- Regularly meet with customers to report on performance, changes, and best practices to reinforce their goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-7 years of experience in consultative sales, account management, project management, and/or B2C marketing, preferably in HR services
- Strong foundational knowledge of Workday, payroll, earned wage access, and digital wallet platforms
- Ability to interact with HR, payroll, and finance executives to drive program objectives
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in presentations and webinars
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Seismic
- Technical knowledge of HRIS, payroll, and time systems
- Proven ability to collaborate across various internal functional groups and with external partners
