What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the on-boarding, adoption, satisfaction, and advocacy of a portfolio of customers
- Drive customer engagement and ensure timely application of offerings
- Identify up-sell and renewal opportunities to grow revenue
- Serve as the first line of defense in solving customer support requests and coordinating timely resolutions
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to drive solution adoption
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in building new programs and initiatives in a dynamic organization
- Strong consulting and project management skills with a proven track record of driving business value for customers
- Ability to manage customer escalations and negotiate successful resolutions
- Highly data-driven with a commitment to following processes
- Previous experience with a cybersecurity or enterprise software company preferred

- Knowledge of the latest customer success techniques and technologies
- Familiarity with Tableau
- Willingness to work nights and weekends as needed
- Flexibility for travel
