      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Ensure customers receive appropriate support and follow up on all issues
      - Proactively provide ideas and insights to address customer challenges
      - Serve as the liaison between customers and internal departments to meet expectations
      - Identify opportunities for upgrades and customer growth
      - Monitor and support the implementation of service agreements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 7 years of experience in customer-facing roles with a proven track record of delivering results
      - Based in New York City
      - Proven experience in key account management within a SaaS environment
      - Strong communication skills, both in person and in writing
      - Understanding of the strategic sales process and ability to manage client demands

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in online media delivery technologies, including video formats and codecs
      - Proficiency in Spanish and French
      - Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time
