      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align customer needs effectively
      - Provide strategic guidance and support for comprehensive adoption of solutions, maximizing customer value
      - Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new customers to facilitate integration
      - Proactively engage with accounts ahead of renewal dates to support renewals and address at-risk accounts
      - Gather customer feedback and identify expansion opportunities to contribute to account growth

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred
      - At least 3 years of hands-on experience in account management or customer success
      - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building strong customer relationships
      - Results-driven mindset, focused on achieving customer satisfaction
      - Proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs
