      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with assigned customers to drive adoption and satisfaction
      - Assist customers with deployment guidance and operational best practices
      - Lead workshops to help customers maximize the value of the GitLab solution
      - Measure and monitor customer progress against key performance indicators, sharing insights with stakeholders
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline issue resolution and align on customer success plans

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in a customer-facing role focused on post-sales adoption and value realization
      - Background in customer success, professional services, technical account management, or related functions
      - Ability to understand and discuss Git, branching strategies, and version control workflows
      - Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and typical development pipelines
      - Familiarity with continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps concepts
