What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a portfolio of complex customers, ensuring adoption and strong customer health
- Develop success plans to achieve customers' goals through the use of the employer's tools
- Analyze customer data to provide actionable recommendations for driving ROI
- Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Product, and Engineering teams for quality outcomes
- Present insights and feedback to improve product and engineering roadmaps
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-5 years of software/B2B customer success management experience
- Experience managing a portfolio of complex customers in the restaurant, retail, and service industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to C-Suite executives
- A BA/BS degree
- Familiarity with software such as Salesforce, Catalyst, Front, and Notion
