What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage PRS customer accounts in the US region
- Interface with accounts via telcon, email, and/or phone
- Respond to account inquiries and streamline them to the appropriate internal partners
- Facilitate urgent order fulfillment and product returns
- Act as a product expert and respond to customer inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Located in Pacific Standard Time Zone or Mountain Standard Time Zone
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 2 years in a corporate environment or relevant experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 20% domestically in the US

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a medical device or healthcare-related field
- Knowledge of competitor products and marketing activities
