What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and launch a Weekly Customer Signal Digest that integrates various data sources
- Define clear indicators for customer expansion readiness based on multiple metrics
- Pull, normalize, and analyze data from systems like Salesforce, Zendesk, and Tableau
- Create dashboards that provide visibility into expansion-ready accounts and growth signals
- Build automated, QBR-style customer summaries that highlight key insights and trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-10+ years of experience in Customer Success Analytics, Revenue Analytics, or Growth Intelligence roles
- Strong experience with post-sales data, including usage, support, and CRM
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, including workflows and routing logic
- Proven ability to build forecasting models and customer segmentation frameworks
- Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Gong, ZoomInfo, G2, and Tableau
- Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Experience with designing and automating digital expansion programs
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and disciplined documentation practices
