What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the Gainsight platform owner, managing user permissions, data governance, and integrations
- Architect Smartsheet workspaces and develop automated workflows for project management
- Produce detailed executive-ready client reports based on qualitative insights and client feedback
- Define operating standards for data quality and run training sessions for team members
- Maintain a library of client case studies and manage version control for reporting documents
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience with Gainsight administration and Smartsheet solution design
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable narratives
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or operations management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for executive-level reports
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with CRM integrations and data management
- Familiarity with project portfolio management methodologies
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a technology or services company
- Knowledge of financial metrics such as ARR and churn definitions
