      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and manage Customer Success operational initiatives from strategy to execution
      - Collaborate with CS leadership to align operational strategies with company goals
      - Streamline workflows to enhance customer and internal team experiences
      - Act as a liaison between Customer Success and Business Systems to ensure effective tool integration
      - Build reports and dashboards on key Customer Success metrics for leadership insights

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, or a related ops role with significant project ownership
      - Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple cross-functional projects
      - Technical proficiency in CRMs (preferably Salesforce) and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Zendesk)
      - Analytical skills to convert data into actionable recommendations
      - Excellent communication skills to connect technical teams and leadership effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in continuous improvement methodologies
      - Familiarity with data visualization and dashboard tools
      - Background in technology or software development environments
