      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the cross-functional liaison for Customer Success, ensuring representation in key organizational conversations
      - Analyze customer interaction data and trends to provide insights to leadership
      - Create and maintain dashboards to track operational performance and customer health metrics
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process gaps and resource needs
      - Document and streamline internal Customer Success processes and workflows

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS Degree required
      - Minimum of 4 years experience in Customer Success Operations, Business Operations, or related fields
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data
      - Experience in building dashboards using tools like Looker or Tableau
      - Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence without authority

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience implementing large-scale Customer Success frameworks such as health scoring and journey mapping
      - Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries
      - Familiarity with SQL and Salesforce reporting
      - Experience supporting Customer Success teams in a SaaS environment
      - Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous settings
